See better.

As things around you get louder and more artificial, knowing who you are becomes increasingly important. It allows you to live with more calm, confidence, and creativity—without losing yourself in the noise.

Independent advisory and awareness training‍ ‍

This work is for people who want to strengthen their ability to see clearly, stay steady and feel engaged.

What you learn to do:

  • Notice stress patterns early, before they escalate

  • Quiet internal noise and reduce over-processing

  • Respond more clearly instead of reacting automatically

  • Maintain presence, and engagement.

Through practice, you build a reliable intelligent internal state that supports clarity, calm responses and aliveness - across all situations, including periods of change.

“Others will create your reality if you can’t make it for yourself.”

— James R. Doty, MD, neurosurgeon and author

About I-fluence

  • I-fluence advisory and awareness work is experiential, disciplined, and personal.

Insight comes from direct observation, tested in real situations, and strengthened through practice — like a capacity developed over time.

Progress depends on readiness, honesty, and a willingness to refine how you think, work, and respond.

  • Clarity
    Seeing what is actually happening.

    Choice
Choosing how you see and respond.

    Curiosity
    Openness to what arises.

    Courage
    Acting authentically even when uncomfortable.

    Steadiness
Trust and inner stability, developed over time.

see clearly → choose intentionally → stay open → stay connected → act with truth → trust your steadiness

  • After more than 20 years in finance leadership, I stepped into a period of development and teaching across areas such as mindfulness, relationship work, yoga, and embodiment-based practice.

    A pattern became clear.

Each offered something useful, but none fully connected.

There was no approach that helped people integrate how they think, feel, engage, sense, and act — including intuition, instinct, and the body — in a way that could be applied consistently in real life, across environments.

I-fluence was developed to bridge that gap.

It brings an integrated approach to self-leadership, connecting internal systems that are often treated separately — thinking, emotion, instinct, energy, behaviour, movement, and environment — into a more coherent and fully engaged way of functioning.

The focus is on the individual. As clarity and connection develop internally, the effects extend naturally into how people lead, relate, and make decisions across their organisation, family, and wider environment.

This is work for people who are beginning to question how they want to think, respond, and operate in a noisier, increasingly AI-driven world.

It is offered privately and intentionally. The vision is long-term: to develop a disciplined, accessible approach to self-mastery that can be applied consistently and sustained over time.

The Meaning of I-fluence

I-fluence is influence without the N — the Noise. It describes a trained, intelligent flow state,** where attention is clear, energy is available, and thinking, feeling, and action work together — even under pressure.

**Informed by the psychology of Flow (Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi)

What I do sits at the intersection of two very different worlds.

One is finance leadership — over 20 years working with boards and senior leaders.

The other is deeper work in mindfulness, psychology, yoga, relationships, and physical practice.

In isolation, each shows only part of the full picture.

Bringing them together strengthens how you see what is actually happening, stay steady, and respond with clarity and sound judgement in real situations.

That is the foundation. From there, we build and refine the work together.
